• Oversee annual and mid-year performance management cycles with calibration and accountability.
• Develop and optimize employee experience and engagement initiatives to improve culture and retention.
• Partner with leaders to translate workforce insights into actionable strategies.
• Lead change management, communications, and education for adoption of initiatives.
