Job summary

Her Campus Media seeks a Manager, People & Culture to oversee daily people operations, drive recruitment, guide onboarding, and nurture a remote-friendly workplace. This role partners with the Head of People & Culture to align HR initiatives with business goals.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HR or TA, experience with ATS/HRIS, and strong data skills. You will foster development and engagement across a fully remote, high-growth team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in progressive HR or talent acquisition roles.
• Experience handling recruitment, sourcing, and onboarding within a fast-growing organization.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and HRIS platforms.
• Ability to analyze data (Google Sheets) to extract insights and inform plans.
• Strong communication and discretion in sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Direct full-lifecycle recruitment, sourcing, offers, and onboarding for FT, contract, and global team members.
• Lead end-to-end management of the intern program, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Facilitate HR administrative tasks, reporting, data management, and policy updates.
• Support learning and development initiatives to strengthen core competencies.
• Design and deliver engagement initiatives to foster culture in a fully remote environment.

Description

The Manager, People & Culture plays a key role in overseeing daily people operations, driving talent acquisition, guiding onboarding, cultivating workplace culture, and handling core HR administration. We are seeking a people-oriented leader who can align business goals with a positive, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Direct full-lifecycle recruitment efforts, encompassing targeted sourcing, candidate interviewing, offers, and onboarding optimization for full-time, contract, and global team members.
• Internship Program Oversight: Lead the end-to-end management of the Her Campus Media intern program, driving recruitment, seamless onboarding, and ongoing program operations.
• HR Operations: Facilitate HR administrative tasks, including reporting, PEO implementation, data management, employee file management, and policy updates.
• Professional Development: Assist in driving learning and development initiatives that enhance core competencies and professional skills across the workforce.
• Organizational Culture & Engagement: Design and deliver meaningful engagement initiatives year-round to foster unity and strong interpersonal connections within a fully remote work environment.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Professional Background: Minimum of 3+ years in progressive HR or talent acquisition roles. Experience handling recruitment, candidate sourcing, and onboarding within a dynamic, fast-growing organization is strongly preferred.
• Core Competencies & Technical Skills:
