Carat is looking for a Paid Social Manager. You will lead the implementation of Paid Social campaigns, including review, optimization and reporting. You will support the team by managing high-volume campaigns for one of our largest clients. You will report into the Senior Manager, Paid Social. This role can be remote.
Responsibilities:
- Support full-funnel paid social campaigns to align with client's goals, across a variety of paid social platforms
- Maintain relationships with main paid social partners and vendors to nurture performance growth
- Oversee and execute campaign builds, QAs and optimizations
- Review and manage client data to ensure performance on all campaigns
- Build relationships across client services team and with external client
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience using paid social media platforms and leading campaigns across Meta Ads Manager/Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit
- Knowledge of the basics in paid media, full-funnel marketing and the ability to collaborate across internal and external departments
- Ability to manage paid social campaigns from start to finish
- Agency experience and client-facing experience
- Experience and ability to perform data analysis skills and excel skills (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- Strong QA abilities and project management ability
- Ability to create QBRs, and speak strategically to campaign insights
The annual salary range for this position is $51,000-$83,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
