Overview

The Manager is responsible for social media campaign development, activation, and innovation. This role involves working closely with media strategy and client teams to translate marketing goals into impactful paid media campaigns on social networks. The Manager will oversee a team of Analysts/Sr. Analysts, managing project delivery and career development. The role combines strategic and tactical responsibilities, applying paid social expertise to insights and recommendations, and supporting strategic development to meet client objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily workflow of paid social campaigns, including proposals, activation, maintenance, and post-campaign reports.
  • Collaborate with Investment, Strategy, and Activation teams to respond to client briefs, develop campaign plans, and identify solutions.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members.
  • Analyze data from social media platforms to inform insights, optimizations, and strategies.
  • Maintain and improve campaign best practices and standards.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and technologies to enhance campaign performance.
  • Facilitate communication within the team and agency.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and develop success metrics and strategies.
  • Educate clients and internal teams on social media developments.
  • Oversee social media buying teams and monitor campaign KPIs.
  • Optimize campaigns and implement new features as needed.
  • Create and deliver presentations on strategy and performance.
  • Develop viewpoints on new social media technologies and opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Over 1 year of hands-on experience managing social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, including API or self-serve tools.
  • Understanding of media planning and analytics.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Resourceful, curious, motivated, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
