Job description

We are a fast-growing, boutique marketing agency specializing in beauty and skincare brands. Our clients are passionate, innovative, and driven by results — and so are we. We’re looking for a Paid Social Manager who knows how to scale Meta and TikTok campaigns, thrives in a collaborative environment, and has a sharp eye for beauty and aesthetics.

Position Overview:

The Paid Social Manager will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok. You’ll work directly with brand managers and creatives to translate brand goals into performance marketing strategies. Strong communication and reporting skills are essential, as is an understanding of the beauty or consumer goods space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok for multiple beauty brands.
  • Analyze performance metrics and deliver clear, data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
  • Report on campaign results to internal stakeholders and clients with clarity and confidence.
  • Stay on top of platform updates, trends, and best practices — particularly within beauty and e-commerce.
  • Support budget management and pacing across campaigns to hit ROAS and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
  • Proven track record of driving performance through paid social in an e-commerce setting.
  • Strong understanding of creative testing, attribution, and conversion funnels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — comfortable presenting to internal and external teams.
  • Experience with beauty or personal care brands is highly preferred.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with paid social reporting platforms, influencer integration, or creative direction.
