Job summary

Sentara Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Clinical Manager to support the Executive Team in managing projects and assigned areas within a hospital setting in Virginia Beach.

The role focuses on developing new clinical programs and ensuring regulatory compliance across licensure processes and patient safety activities. The position requires 3 years of management experience in a hospital-based clinical setting, with a preference for an MBA or MHA and a bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred; 4 years clinical operations experience in lieu of degree required.
• MBA or MHA preferred.
• 3 years management experience in a hospital-based clinical setting required.
