The position requires leadership and 3 years of hospital-based clinical management experience, with an MBA or MHA preferred and a HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• MBA or MHA preferred.
• 4 years clinical operations experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Executive Team in the management of projects and assigned areas.
• Identifies and develops new clinical programs.
• Manages assigned departments and maintains licensure and patient safety processes.
• Coordinates licensure (JC, CMS, State, etc.) and related activities.
• Assumes other duties as assigned.
