Sentara Health Plans is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to support the executive team in managing projects and assigned areas. The role emphasizes innovation in developing clinical programs, oversight of departments, and coordination of licensure and patient safety activities.

Bachelor degree preferred; 4 years clinical operations experience in lieu of degree required. MBA or MHA preferred; 3 years management in a hospital-based clinical setting required.
