Sentara Health in Virginia Beach is seeking aClinical Manager to support the Executive Team in managing projects and assigned areas. The role focuses on developing new clinical programs, managing departments, and coordinating licensure and patient safety activities.
The position requires leadership and 3 years of hospital-based clinical management experience, with an MBA or MHA preferred and a HS diploma required.

Supports the Executive Team in the management of projects and assigned areas. Is innovative in the identification and development of new clinical programs. Responsible for the management of assigned departments. Maintains processes, and coordinates all licensure (JC, CMS, State, etc.) and patient safety activities. Will assume other duties as assigned.
