Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Senior Manager for Leadership Programs to oversee day‑to‑day operations for all Leadership Seminars from Los Angeles or Los Gatos. You will design and run the annual seminar slate, manage vendor relationships, and ensure an excellent participant experience across communications, logistics, and accessibility.

The role also supports VP by managing budgets, analytics dashboards, and cross‑functional client coordination.

  • Experience leading and managing a team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all Leadership Seminars operations (70% of role).
  • Plan and execute 70+ events per year across U.S. and international locations.
  • Build and manage CRM and GenAI workflows for event management and analytics.
  • Provide VP and team support, manage budget, and prepare analytics dashboards.
  • Oversee team of 2 Event Planners and 1 Operations Specialist.
  • Coordinate intra-team retreats and weekly syncs.

The ideal person is adaptive, energized about taking on many things at once, and has strong judgement, organizational, and prioritization skills.What you’ll do:Leadership Seminars Operations Support (70%)In-person seminar operationsBuild and manage annual leadership seminar slate and schedule (70+ events/year), including deciding the right mix of U.S. and international locationsDesign and run demand-driven leader registration process for annual seminar slateSource and manage vendor and vendors relationships and related costsEnsure excellent end-to-end participant experience, including comms, event logistics and management, venue/vendor quality, and seminar accessibilityBuild and manage CRM and GenAI tools for event management workflows, and seminar analytics and databaseEnsure awareness of Leadership Programs offerings across Talent Org and the wider businessVP and Team Support (30%)VP SupportPrepare and manage overall program budget and expenses, keeping VP informed of budget variancesBuild and manage VP analytics dashboardSupport custom seminar work, including liaison with client support teamTeam SupportPlan agenda content for semi-annual team retreatsPlan agenda content for weekly team syncs, as well as LP Leadership Team syncs (2x/month)Team ManagementManage team of:2 Event Planners1 Operations SpecialistWho you are:10-15+ years of experience, including in a global business settingStrong background in event logisticsExperience leading and managing a teamExcellent written/oral communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skillsAble to manage multiple priorities independently and proactivelyAdaptable, resourceful, and calm under pressureGood judgment and discretionPassionate about the mission of the Leadership Programs teamSensitive to working across cultures and backgroundsComfortable with occasional domestic and international travelProficient in Google Workspace, CRMs and databases (Airtable, Salesforce), etc.Familiarity with GenAI tools (Claude Cowork, Gemini)International experience a plus - time spent living or working outside of the U.S.Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $228,000.00 - $345,000.00.Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
