Ladders is seeking a Business Operations & Strategy professional to join a leader in IT. This remote role partners with senior leaders to solve operational challenges, design automation, and build scalable analytics-driven workflows across business systems.

The position focuses on developing AI-enabled processes that strengthen decision-making, with responsibilities spanning data flows, tooling, and process improvement. US remote work available.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in roles like integration engineering, consulting, finance or operations.
• Strong judgment across multiple business domains.
• Proficient with APIs and modern business systems.
• Experience in analytical roles with unit economics and margins.
• Ability to build models and tools independently, with when to involve engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leadership.

For our client, we are seeking a Business Operations & Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role sits at the intersection of operations, analytics, and strategy, supporting the organization's most important business decisions. You will partner closely with senior leaders to solve operational challenges, improve core workflows, and build scalable systems that increase speed and accuracy. The position also includes developing automation, analytics, and AI-enabled processes that strengthen decision-making across the business. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders across departments to address operational challenges
• Design and build tools and automation for reusable workflows
• Map and improve data flows and processes across business systems
• Develop AI-enabled workflows to enhance speed and accuracy
• Create analytics solutions for better decision-making
• Maintain detailed documentation for processes and changes
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement

Qualifications

• 3+ years in integration engineering, consulting, finance, business operations, or similar roles
• Strong judgment in one or more of the defined domains
• Technical proficiency in APIs and modern business systems
• Experience in analytical roles with fluency in unit economics and margin mechanics
• Ability to build models and tools independently, knowing when to involve engineering
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including with senior leadership
