WHOOP is hiring a Business Analytics Manager to partner with our Operations teams and unlock insights that improve service, lower cost, and accelerate decision-making. You will shape data infrastructure, define performance metrics, and drive change across a global ecosystem of vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring analysts and leading analytics teams.
• Connect operating data to cost, experience, and strategy.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic analytics roadmap across the order lifecycle.
• Own operational metrics and align forecasting, spend and variance analyses.
• Lead cost-reduction analytics for COGS, freight, and cost per contact.
• Support S&OP reviews and OKR check-ins with data.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Vendors to improve accuracy and experience.
• Partner with Data Engineering to improve pipelines and data access.
• Build and maintain trusted data assets and metric definitions in the semantic layer.
• Mentor and grow a team of analysts with clear ownership.
