Job summary

WHOOP is seeking a Manager of Revenue Accounting in Boston, MA, offering a hybrid schedule. You will own the end-to-end revenue close for subscriptions, devices, and services, ensuring accurate ASC 606 application and transparent reporting to leadership and auditors.

You will partner with Technical Accounting, FP&A, and Data teams to build scalable processes, monitor data integrity from orders to GL, and drive automation using BI tools and AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue accounting, preferably in tech or SaaS.
• Public accounting background (Big 4 preferred) is a plus.
• Experience with multi-channel revenue and ASC 606 required.
• IPO readiness or SEC exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly and quarterly revenue close and related journal entries.
• Operationalize ASC 606 conclusions into repeatable close processes.
• Develop revenue analytics and reconciliation reports to GAAP.
• Collaborate with Data, FP&A, and Engineering on data integrity and controls.
