WHOOP is seeking a Business Analyst to embed with the Operations team in Boston, focusing on Manufacturing & Quality streams. You will bridge operational processes and data, build quality analytics capabilities across the product lifecycle, and own key quality metrics to drive improvements.

You''ll develop new reporting and tools, partner with field quality engineers, and translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for stakeholders across supply chain, production, and reliability teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an analytical or operational role focused on data and analytics.
• Experience working with cross-functional partners to drive results.
• Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools; knowledge of Snowflake and dbt is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations.
• Familiar with evolving data processes and environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor product quality KPIs across the supply chain with Field Quality, Manufacturing, and Reliability Engineering teams.
• Own quality metrics reporting on production yields and field failure rates.
• Develop reporting and self-service analytics tooling for operations stakeholders.
• Support ad-hoc analyses for test result validation, containment, impact sizing, and investigations.
• Collaborate with Data Platform to land new quality data sources in Snowflake.
• Define data capture standards for new processes where data doesn't exist today.
• Translate between technical data requirements and operational stakeholders.
