Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Manager, Operations & Style Merchandise Executive in a dynamic retail environment in Greenville, SC to lead teams across style merchandise execution and omnichannel fulfillment. You will drive sales, plan receiving, and ensure product is customer-ready while fostering an inclusive team culture.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of retail management experience; strong leadership and communication skills; and the ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of management experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to perform physical requirements including lifting 30 lbs., standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and reaching.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience leading omnichannel operations and merchandise presentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit through strong execution of merchandise presentation, pricing, signage, and visuals.
• Lead merchandising, brand standards, and initiatives to create inspiring customer experiences.
• Interpret and execute seasonal merchandising guides tailored to store layout and assortment.
• Plan and direct receiving, processing, and movement of merchandise; maintain back‑of‑house standards.
• Manage inventory flow, stockroom organization, and reverse logistics.
• Lead omnichannel operations including BOPIS/BOSS fulfillment and merchandise logistics.
• Ensure achievement of SLAs for omni fulfillment and curbside operations.
• Build relationships with team members to drive omni and customer metrics.
