Job summary

Macy’s, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Style Merchandise Execution to lead a team that presents merchandise attractively and drives sales. You will oversee pricing, signage, visual displays, events, and reverse logistics to ensure store presentation aligns with brand standards.

You will coach and develop staff, manage inventory, and collaborate with brand partners to keep the sales floor customer-ready at all times.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is encouraged.
• 3–5 years of management experience in retail.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Apply fashion and merchandise execution experience to drive sales and profits.
• Lead communication, execution, and training of visual merchandising directives.
• Manage inventory flow, placement, and stockroom organization.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop direct and indirect reports.
• Foster an inclusive team environment and ensure customer-ready store presentation.
