Remote Talent LATAM is seeking a Director of Salesforce Implementation to lead a high-performing, cross-functional team across locations. You will ensure accurate scoping, effective execution, timely delivery, and alignment with client expectations and quality standards.

The role requires 7+ years of Salesforce implementation experience and 3+ years leading distributed teams, with strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. 100% remote work is offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce implementation experience (consulting or client-side).
• 3+ years leading technical or consulting teams, preferably remote or geographically distributed.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud (MCAE & MCE).
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and large-scale client engagements.
• Experience with resource planning, time tracking, utilization reporting, and delivery KPIs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

Our client, a fast growing marketing and technology agency, helps organizations improve customer experiences, streamline operations, and accelerate growth through digital marketing and Salesforce solutions. They are looking for a seasoned leader to oversee a high performing cross functional Salesforce implementation team.

Role Overview:
The Director of Salesforce Implementation will lead a team of Salesforce professionals across multiple locations, including consultants, developers, administrators, solution architects, and marketing automation specialists. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are scoped accurately, executed effectively, delivered on time, and aligned with client expectations and quality standards. The Director will optimize team processes, manage escalations, and drive exceptional customer satisfaction.

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications.
• Experience at a Salesforce partner agency or professional-services organization.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Wrike, etc.).
• Experience managing US, LATAM, or offshore teams.

• Salary: Starting 4,000+ USD per month, competitive and negotiable based on experience and qualifications
• Full time position, Monday to Friday (EST business hours 8:00AM-5:00PM)
• 10 working days of Paid Time off (PTO) per year
• 100% Remote work environment
