4tech is seeking a Salesforce Administrator for a long-term project with a leading elevator services provider in the United States. The role is remote, based in LATAM, and you will work on Salesforce admin tasks for Field Service Cloud and Certinia, translating business needs into user stories.

Requirements include 4+ years as BA, Product Owner, or Salesforce Admin, advanced English, and strong documentation skills.

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator based in Latin America to work on a long-term project for one of our clients, the leading independent provider of elevator maintenance, repair, and modernization services based in Tampa, Florida.

Our client has brought together the industry's finest technicians to maintain over a thousand elevators and escalators across 58 markets in 24 states.

Responsibilities

Use various techniques to gather business needs from stakeholders, e.g. focus groups, observation, prototyping.
Define and construct user stories in the proper format, outline the work you need to complete to meet the overall business requirement.
Understand and create a variety of business process maps to engage end-users and validate business requirements.
Examples include UPN (universal process notation), ERD (entity relationship diagrams), value stream maps, and SIPOC (supplier, inputs, process, outputs, and customers).
Responsible for multiple types of documentation throughout the project lifecycle including, stakeholder analysis, current state analysis, gap analysis, user acceptance test plans, and many others.
Facilitate clear and concise stakeholder communication throughout the project.
Balance stakeholders motivations and objectives throughout project meetings and in communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Support and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Ensure the right people are testing the right things.

Requirements

Advanced Level of English.
4+ years of experience as a BA, Product Owner, or Salesforce Admin.
Demonstrated ability to document business requirements for Salesforce implementation projects.
Experience writing requirements in Agile methodologies and experience writing user stories.
Experience with Agile development methodology (e.g. Scrum).
Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely to determine acceptable solutions.
Abilityto configure, administer, and support Field Service Cloud and Certinia functionality based on business requirements.
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
