As part of the Sales & Marketing team, you'll help us solve challenges, understand client needs, and tailor solutions to deliver performance.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Client Consulting, the CCC Manager provides leadership to our CCC team, working with current clients to identify their objectives and leverage Paylocity products for optimal results.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead, coach, and develop team members to ensure high performance.
  2. Mentor teams to meet sales activity standards and quotas.
  3. Oversee performance metrics and provide coaching.
  4. Create a motivating environment and foster team growth.
  5. Manage deadlines and workload efficiently.
  6. Establish escalation procedures.
  7. Conduct regular team meetings for communication and cohesion.
  8. Pursue ongoing professional growth.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and process improvements.
  10. Perform other related duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years inside sales experience.
  • 2+ years managing sales teams (preferred).
  • Strong B2B sales, customer service, and retention skills.
  • Experience with recruitment, development, and retention.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and client needs assessment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Soft Skills
  • Team player and collaborator.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
