Job summary

Mediant Health Resources seeks an experienced leader to guide the applications team supporting Epic Patient Access and Revenue Cycle systems. You will drive governance, oversee ongoing evaluation of current applications, and coordinate with Infrastructure Services to align architecture and deployment with regulatory and interface requirements.

The role focuses on ensuring systems efficiently support business operations and decision-making, with emphasis on successful integration of new software

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the applications team, providing direction and support to ensure systems effectively support business operations
• Oversee evaluation and improvement of existing applications to enhance efficiency, business processes, and decision-making capabilities
• Ensure successful integration and deployment of new software solutions that meet functional, compliance, and interface requirements
• Partner with Infrastructure Services to coordinate system architecture, environment needs, and technical dependencies
• Establish and enforce application governance including policies, procedures, quality assurance standards, and team leadership responsibilities (hiring, coaching, performance management)
