Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Manager of Engineering to lead a multidisciplinary team supporting multifamily housing projects in Columbus, OH. You will provide technical leadership, mentor both engineering and architectural staff, and oversee project execution to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

You will serve as the primary engineering leader for the office, coordinating across disciplines, driving best practices, and partnering with project stakeholders to meet client

Qualifications

• PE license required; Ohio PE strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience leading or managing engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience with construction administration and field/site visits.
