Job summary

• Leadership experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in high-volume/multi-entity environments.
• Strong knowledge of AP controls, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP/Workday or similar).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing, payment execution, and expense management.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing AP team focused on accuracy and timely execution.
• Strengthen internal controls and implement process improvements to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships, resolve escalated issues, and maintain vendor master data integrity.
• Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to support month-end close, audits, and reporting requirements.
