Manages and coordinates the daily operations of the Mobile Sales program, ensuring seamless and efficient execution of all activities. Oversees personnel staffing, including recruitment, training, and scheduling, to maintain optimal workforce performance and alignment with organizational goals. Supervises vehicle maintenance, conducting regular assessments to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with operational standards. Develops comprehensive schedules that balance resources effectively, while responding to dynamic program needs. Facilitates clear and proactive communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and addressing issues promptly to enhance operational efficiency and program outcomes. Continuously evaluates and improves processes to support the overall success of the Mobile Sales program.

Final salary is determined experience, skillset, and alignment with compensation practices. The posted range reflects expected compensation and may be updated as market or business needs evolve.
