Job summary

Ogden Regional Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Nursing Manager to lead nursing practice on their units and oversee patient flow, ensuring timely and high-quality care. Reporting to the Director, you will collaborate with physicians and work with the House Supervisor to meet staffing and clinical needs.

The ideal candidate will hold a Utah nursing license, have 2+ years in a supervisory role, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Current Utah nursing license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years in a nursing supervisory position (including Clinical Supervisor role) with minimum 3 years clinical experience in an acute care nursing setting.
• Bachelor’s degree required within 3 years of hire.
• American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification.
• American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Life Support Course (ALS or ACLS) and Certification.
• Basic Rhythm Interpretation Class required within six months of hire.
