• Oversees the Medical Staff Office and credentialing/privileging functions.
• Ensures timely initial appointments and reappointments with compliance.
• Interprets Medical Staff Bylaws and regulatory standards for credentialing.
• Monitors credentialing status and escalates issues to leadership as needed.
• Provides guidance and reports for credentialing committees and leadership.
• Maintains credentialing databases, records, and confidentiality.
