Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience: At least 3 years in management or team leadership; 10+ years preferred in claims data or healthcare environment; proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI; familiarity with relational databases and SDLC.
Preferred: Master's degree; 3-5 years supervisory experience; experience in Population Health/Clinical Analytics; clinical program evaluation; building clinical targeting models; learning Python/PySpark; strong communication skills; healthcare interest and domain knowledge.
This position offers a salary range of $88,453 - $165,000 annually, with benefits and a focus on diversity and inclusion.
