Summary:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing content that engages target audiences and supports business objectives within Community Retail and Long Term Care. Leading the strategy, activation, and management of multiple campaigns, this person will focus on customer growth and retention through digital marketing to increase awareness, consideration, and acquisition. The role requires strategic thinking, creativity, project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Collaboration with a cross-functional marketing team is essential to develop and execute omni-channel campaigns, emphasizing digital engagement channels, to meet strategic business goals. The position involves implementing, tracking, and optimizing campaigns across channels such as web, email, social media, and CRM to drive business growth.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Determine how to leverage and optimize an omni-channel marketing approach, selecting the right channels and touchpoints to achieve desired outcomes.
  2. Understand enterprise marketing goals and develop campaigns with clear KPIs.
  3. Identify target audiences and create digital marketing plans tailored to their needs and interests.
  4. Develop strategies for integrated campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising, and website content to boost awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  5. Create and maintain content calendars for multiple audiences, using metrics to optimize results.
  6. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance for compelling digital campaigns.
  7. Manage website content to ensure messaging, branding, and SEO alignment.
  8. Lead monthly data analysis with the digital team to measure campaign effectiveness against KPIs, identify trends, and gather insights.
  9. Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve content visibility and search rankings.
  10. Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns, monitor channels, and engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages.

This position requires strong project management experience, knowledge of marketing best practices, and B2B marketing and communication skills. Experience in healthcare and drug distribution fields is preferred but not mandatory. Strong writing, graphic design skills, and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications are desirable, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, awareness of emerging trends, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently and lead teams.

Salary Range*: $86,500 - $123,860

*This range reflects a national average; actual compensation may vary based on location, with adjustments up to 10% lower or 12% higher in certain states.
