One of our companies is currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager in the United States.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead integrated marketing efforts that directly impact enrollment growth for online and hybrid academic programs. As Product Marketing Manager, you will serve as a strategic liaison between marketing and university partners, building deep expertise in your assigned programs and collaborating across cross-functional teams to execute high-impact campaigns. You will drive the development of compelling messaging, monitor campaign performance, and deliver data-driven optimizations to meet enrollment goals. This role is perfect for someone passionate about accessible education and experienced in digital marketing strategy, project management, and stakeholder communication.

Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned partners, managing campaign calendars, marketing assets, and messaging
  • Execute multi-channel marketing plans to support program launches, enrollment targets, and brand consistency
  • Analyze campaign performance data to inform optimizations and deliver stakeholder reports on key metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams (media, SEO, automation, field marketing) to align efforts and ensure successful lead generation and conversion
  • Conduct competitive analysis and leverage research insights to refine value propositions and campaign strategies
  • Manage marketing compliance processes, including creative brief development and asset review/approval cycles
  • Support budget tracking and fulfillment of deliverables for fee-for-service engagements


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a background in product marketing, brand management, or agency account management
  • Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans with measurable outcomes
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including paid media and analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Tableau is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both internal stakeholders and clients
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
