SMB Business Development, Inc. is seeking an Individual Contributor for its Marketing Analytics team in Newark, Delaware. This role focuses on analyzing marketing performance data to drive business results, requiring expertise in quantitative analysis and SQL.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. The position offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement and comprehensive benefits.
This Individual Contributor role plays a key function on the Marketing Analytics team, working collaboratively with stakeholders to analyze marketing performance data, translate data into insights, and drive meaningful business results. The candidate will be responsible for marketing performance analysis, forecasting, presentations to stakeholders, customer analysis and segmentation, campaign measurement, test design and measurement, data mining, and various ad‑hoc analyses utilizing internal data and marketing platform data. The position requires the ability to identify, study and solve business problems using analytical and technical expertise and to present results to various audience levels.
