Job summary

• Willingness to take on additional duties as designated by management.

You will lead anoperations team atWolfspeed’sDurham Manufacturing Site in North Carolina. The Operations Supervisor oversees each aspect of the production process; trains and supports staff and provides vital information on production goals. Your leadership will set the tone for the team’s success. Finally, Safety for your team and productarea vital responsibility.

This position will work a 12-hour night shift with a "2on-2off-3on" alternatingschedule. Schedule will be Blue Nights 7:00pm-7:05am

Associate degreeor higher in related field

Manufacturing experience with1-2+ years in a leadership role,preferredmanufacturing experience as a front-line supervisor (3-5 years) or relevant military experience

Ability to handle change quickly and efficiently – Fast paced work environment
