Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a Manager in Management Consulting to lead the Europe Wayfinders practice in the Benelux region. You will shape the consulting capability, translate strategic ambition into tangible impact, and guide multi-disciplinary teams through high-impact engagements while building trusted client relationships.

You will contribute to go-to-market offerings in IT Value Transformation and Data & AI, mentor consultants, and drive continuous improvement across engagements.

• As aManagerwithinEuropeWayfinders,you will be at the forefront of a dynamic growth journey during Wayfinders’ foundational phase - translating strategic ambition into tangible impact.
• You will play a pivotal role in shaping the development ofthe Benelux Wayfinderspractice and delivering transformative outcomes for our clients.
• You will lead high-impact engagements as a billable consultant, guiding teams to deliver exceptional results while building trusted relationships with our clients. You will combine hands-on delivery with strategic thinking, ensuring delivery excellence across every engagement whilst contributing to business development activities that expand our market presence and impact.
• You will work closely with colleagues across disciplines to share insights, drive innovation, andcontribute to the development ofgo-to-market offerings in areas such as IT Value Transformation and Data & AI.

As aManager,you willbe responsible for:

• Contributing to the development of consulting methodologies, frameworks, and accelerators.
• Capturing and sharing lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
• Supporting research on emerging trends, tools, and best practices.
• Mentoring consultants,fostering aculture of collaboration,continuouslearning, and high-performance.

Business Development

• Draftingsignificant portions ofproposals andclient presentations.
• Identifyingfollow-on opportunities within key accounts.
• Supporting theexecution of marketinginitiativesand go-to-market strategies.
• Leading the delivery ofsmallconsulting projects ora majorworkstream within complex, multi-disciplinary technology engagements.
• Owning the development of client deliverables, ensuring structured, high-quality outputs aligned with client expectations.
• Managing day-to-day project activities, including planning, risk management, and progress reporting.
• Building relationships with client stakeholders and managing multiple priorities effectively.

Your transferable skills and experience:

• Experience at Manager level in a tier-one consultancy or equivalent role in a technology advisory practice within a tier-one Services or Solutions company.
• Proven ability to manage consulting workstreams or small-scale engagements,including responsibility for delivery quality, teamcoordinationand client satisfaction.
• Sectorexpertisein the automotive or manufacturing sector
• Applied domain knowledge in areas such as IT Value Transformation or Data & AI ,evidencedby contribution to value cases in one or more of these areas.
• Strong communicationand stakeholder engagement skills,withexperience of building trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
• Experienceleadingin cross-functional teams and complex environments.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and driving measurable business impact.
