Job summary

Fujitsu, via its Europe Wayfinders brand, seeks a Consultant to guide clients through business and management transformation in the Benelux region. You will translate strategy into tangible impact, deliver data-driven insights, and work with senior colleagues on complex programs.

You will combine delivery with client engagement, contribute to frameworks and accelerators, and help grow the practice while maintaining a focus on customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Consulting experience at a tier-one consultancy or equivalent role within a services or solutions firm.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for presenting insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with client stakeholders.
• Experience developing value cases and basic financial models.
• Proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Own portions of client deliverables and drive the review process with managers and leadership.
• Maintain relationships with client stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
• Create and facilitate client meetings and workshops; contribute to deliverables and templates.
• Support business development by proposals, client presentations, and market research.
• Help with onboarding, mentoring, training, and knowledge management within the practice.
