Job summary

Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages LLC is seeking a Manager, Maintenance and Systems to lead the automation maintenance team, ensure equipment uptime, and manage parts and preventive maintenance at the New Jersey site.

You will supervise mechanics and system cleaners, coordinate with Operations, Planning, and Warehouse, and drive value through safe, reliable operations and cost stewardship while applying SAP and Vertique tools. This role demands strong leadership and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance or reliability team in manufacturing.

Summary

The Manager, Maintenance and Systems is responsible for leading the performance, reliability, and people development of the site's automation maintenance team. This role drives equipment uptime, parts availability, and preventive maintenance execution while role modeling Liberty Coca Cola's leadership behaviors and a zero-incident safety culture. The position oversees mechanics and system cleaners and partners cross-functionally with Operations, Planning, and Warehouse to deliver best-in‑class service, productivity, and cost stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Staff, train, evaluate and develop maintenance team members
• Develop and maintain Maintenance team members schedules to meet business demands
• Maintain communication between maintenance and the operations team
• Attends operation team meetings and provides maintenance updates
• Partners with the operations and engineering team to continually develop system efficiencies and improve system performance
• Create labor and OPEX budget and manage within budget
• Ensure that the team follow LOTO procedure and the company's safety policy
• Schedule and assign corrective and preventive maintenance and work orders to the technicians to prevent breakdown and maintain equipment efficiency
• Serve as the subject matter expert within a day‑to‑day operation on equipment, reliability, and processes and provide facility maintenance support
• Lead project management to aid in the achievement of departmental initiatives
• Utilize Vertique interfaces for troubleshooting and function locations
• Utilize SAP to perform the following:
• Complete weekly payroll
• Generate parts request to ensure adequate inventory
• Maintain inventory accuracy utilizing cycle and full inventory counts as per company policy
• Schedule, assign, and complete preventive and unscheduled work orders
• Submit weekly and monthly reporting of work order status and inventory value
• Maintain maintenance plans
• Create and review maintenance plan following manufacture's manuals using SAP.Staff, train, evaluate and develop maintenance team members

Physical Requirements:

• Must be physically able to perform repairs when needed
• Prolonged periods of walking and standing
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time
