Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages LLC in the United States is seeking a first-line supervisor for mechanics and electricians who maintain production equipment. You will help establish methods, controls and standards for maintenance work while prioritizing safety, regulatory compliance, and efficiency across the facility.

The role supervises staff, ensures line efficiencies, adherence to preventive maintenance, and safe working conditions, and manages parts inventory and budget.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of equipment-related manufacturing experience required.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing environment and high-speed production equipment.

Summary

Responsible for first line supervision of mechanics and electricians who maintain equipment within the production facility. Assists in establishing methods, controls and standards for the actual execution of maintenance work while ensuring the safety of our people, workplace and environment and meeting all company, legal and other requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be able to occasionally lift, carry, push, or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
