Key Responsibilities
Integration Execution & Coordination
- Coordinate timelines, tasks, and workstreams across functional teams (e.g., HR, IT, Finance, Ops)
- Track and escalate risks, dependencies, and delays to ensure timely execution
- Monitor task completion and follow up with responsible parties to ensure accountability
Stakeholder Support & Communication
- Liaise with internal departments and newly acquired practices to facilitate onboarding and integration
- Draft agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up action items for integration workstreams and CMO-led meetings
- Ensure accurate, timely communication of updates and deliverables
- Create content for strategic presentations and reports for executive leadership, including the CMO and other senior leaders
Reporting & Documentation
- Assist in preparing status updates, KPI tracking, and integration summaries
- Document lessons learned and support the ongoing evolution of integration playbooks and best practices
Strategic Project & CMO Support
- Provide planning and execution support for initiatives led by the Chief Medical Officer
- Organize and manage content, agendas, and communications for meetings involving physician leaders and medical affairs teams
Cultural & Change Support
- Support acquired teams through transition and change management activities
- Promote PRISM’s culture and values throughout the integration process
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Healthcare Management, or a related field required.
- Relevant master’s degree preferred. An advanced degree or certification may be considered in lieu of some
Experience:
- 3–4 years of progressive experience in project management, healthcare operations, or consulting
- Experience working with executive stakeholders strongly preferred
- Background in management consulting or healthcare integration a plus
- Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Copilot, Outlook, and Teams
- Proven track record of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including C-level executives, senior management, physicians, and office staff
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously

- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to distill complex topics into clear, actionable information
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a data-driven approach to recommendations
- Familiarity with Monday.com, Microsoft Forms, and Visio is a plus

Work Environment and Travel
This is a remote role with limited travel (less than 10–15%), primarily during integration periods
