Since 2005, Crossroads has been at the forefront of treating patients with opioid use disorder. We are dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality, evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to combat the opioid epidemic and support individuals on their recovery journey. Our comprehensive approach, considered the gold standard in care, has been shown to prevent overdose deaths and promote long-term recovery. We serve over 26,500 patients across communities in Georgia, Kentucky, New Jersey, North and South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia through outpatient, office-based clinics.
Lead the identification, evaluation, and pursuit of M&A, joint venture, and de novo development opportunities aligned with strategic priorities.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to evaluate target areas, industry trends, and potential partners.
Oversee financial modeling, valuation, and business case development to support acquisitions and new initiatives.
Prepare impactful materials such as investment memoranda, pitch decks, and presentations for executive review.
Manage the deal pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups with partners and stakeholders.
Lead due diligence processes in collaboration with finance, legal, and operational teams.
Build and maintain relationships with health system executives, provider leaders, and strategic partners.
Contribute to strategic planning, performance tracking, and pipeline updates.
Represent Business Development in cross-functional forums to align strategic growth with operational execution.
Remote with approximately 30% travel as needed.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare business development, corporate development, investment banking, or private equity.
Proven skills in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
