The Project Manager, M&A, plays a pivotal role in facilitating, coordinating, and leading HR-related activities during the M&A process. This includes information gathering with seller representatives, employee presentations, and documentation of processes and timelines to stakeholders inside and outside the business. The role requires exceptional cross-functional collaboration, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
