Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager -- Mergers & Acquisitions to join our GBS M&A Integration Management Office (IMO) Team. This key role focuses on optimizing internal systems and data analytics to support GBS mergers and acquisitions, offering excellent opportunities for career growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Support and train end-users on project management tools like PlanView, managing user access and resource data.
• Design and implement workflows and SOPs to streamline M&A processes.
• Act as data analyst using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI to generate insights and create dashboards.
• Lead governance activities, generate compliance reports, and ensure timely project status updates.
• Conduct training sessions, facilitate onboarding, and assist in project setup using templates.
• Explore and implement AI solutions to improve M&A processes and efficiencies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to best practices development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Data Science, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in project management, data analysis, or technology integration.
• Proficiency in PlanView, Power BI, Excel, and familiarity with MS Project, Easy Projects, and Smartsheet.
• Experience in financial services or insurance is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in workflow design and AI technologies.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the US.
