Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in consumer products licensing, brand management, account management, or business development, preferably within the entertainment, media, or consumer products industries.
Demonstrated experience managing licensing partners and driving business growth across categories such as toys, apparel, publishing, home, food & beverage, health & beauty, or other consumer products.
Strong understanding of the consumer products licensing lifecycle, including contract execution, royalty reporting, product development, retail distribution, and brand management.
Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with licensees, retailers, agents, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience identifying new business opportunities, negotiating commercial terms, and executing licensing strategies that drive revenue growth.
Working knowledge of retail and marketplace dynamics, with the ability to analyze category trends, identify whitespace opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external partners.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple licensing programs, product launches, and competing priorities simultaneously.
Highly collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and presentation software (PowerPoint and Google Slides).
Korean language proficiency is a plus, but not required.
