Qualifications

• Significant experience in an in-house legal or similar environment.
• Strong financial and operational management skills, including budgeting and reporting.
• Confidence with legal technologies and a willingness to learn new tools including AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal operations across North America, improving processes and resource management.
• Drive legal technology initiatives, including matter management systems, legal holds, AI tools, and e-signature platforms.
• Manage and develop a small team of paralegals, supporting performance and career growth.
• Oversee confidentiality agreements (CDAs) and corporate governance activities across North American entities.
• Manage budgets, including forecasting, tracking spend, and optimizing legal resources.
• Coordinate outside counsel, including engagement, fee planning, and performance analysis.
• Support strategic and sensitive projects, including mergers and acquisitions.
