You will oversee financial closes, GAAP compliance, and statutory filings across US and Canadian entities, partnering with Tax and Treasury to ensure liquidity and compliance. With 10+ years of international finance experience, you will lead audits, strengthen internal controls, and drive process improvements, including automation, while mentoring the finance team to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
• CPA certification is required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely financial close processes with Balance Sheet and P&L reviews.
• Ensure compliance with US and Canadian GAAP, managing complex transactions.
• Primary contact for internal and external auditors and tax filings.
• Partner with Group Tax and Treasury on tax, transfer pricing, liquidity.
• Lead and improve Internal Control System and governance.
• Drive process improvements and automation across Shared Service Center.
• Mentor and develop team members where applicable.
