Job summary

Lonza in Morristown, NJ seeks Associate Director, Finance Legal Entity Responsible US + Canada to oversee financial governance for US and Canadian entities, ensuring accurate close, compliant reporting and strong controls across a global life sciences organization.

You will partner with Tax, Treasury and Shared Services, drive process improvements, mentor team members and manage audits with external and internal stakeholders, while maintaining strict adherence to US GAAP.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in international finance.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance.
• A track record in audits and statutory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee close processes for US and Canada entities.
• Coordinate audits and statutory filings.
• Collaborate with Tax and Treasury on liquidity and transfer pricing.
• Strengthen internal controls and governance.
