Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group’s Celebrity Training Team in Miami is seeking a Manager, Learning and Development to lead strategy, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training for Sales and travel advisor channels.

You will partner with Sales leadership, manage a team of trainers, oversee programs like Seminars at Sea and webinars, and measure impact with KPIs while leveraging LMS and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in learning and development, sales training, or enablement.
• Experience leading a team and project leadership preferred.
• Cruise/travel industry experience preferred.
• Strong facilitation and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales training strategies aligned with priorities.
• Identify performance gaps and learning opportunities with stakeholders.
• Design and deploy training for internal sales and travel advisors.
• Create curricula supporting onboarding, product education, and leadership development.
• Lead learning experiences across ILT, webinars, virtual learning, and e-learning.
• Manage budgets, vendors, calendars, and training events.
