Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Miami, FL seeks a Lead, Product Development to own guest experiences from concept to delivery across ships and destinations. You will partner with Design, Operations, Marketing, Revenue and Legal to shape innovative journeys that are intuitive and aligned with the brand.

Reporting to Experience Development management, you will lead workshops, build briefs, and drive cross-functional programs while ensuring feasibility, scalability, and guest delight.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years in a product, design or other similar role developing physical products or customer experiences required

Responsibilities

• Take approved concept strategies and own them through launch with cross-functional execution.
• Lead all aspects of product definition from ideation to execution with cross-functional partners.
• Create guest experience briefs and playbooks outlining the detailed guest journey.
• Lead documentation, review and approvals of briefs and support material throughout development.
• Track and monitor startup plans with training materials and SOPs to ensure flawless execution onboard ships.
