Job summary

University of Rhode Island is seeking a Manager, Learning & Development in Human Resources to design, develop, and deliver talent development programs for faculty and staff. The role leads Workday Learning administration, builds learning pathways, and drives onboarding and professional development.

You will partner with university leaders to foster continuous learning aligned with strategic priorities, evaluate outcomes with analytics, and promote a culture of lifelong learning across the campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership, onboarding, and professional learning programs.
• Strong skills in learning program design, leadership development, adult learning principles, facilitation, project management, and communication.
• Preferred: master's degree and professional certifications such as SHRM, ATD, or CPTD.
