The People Department is seeking a Learning and Development Manager that is highly organized, a skilled communicator, and self-starter to implement a range of professional development initiatives. Reporting to the Director of People Experience and Development, the Learning and Development Manager designs and delivers programs (virtual and on-site) that support the Center for Justice Innovation (CJI) staff develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence to do their best work.
This role manages the Center's Learning and Development infrastructure end to end—from needs assessment to program design to platform administration—and partners closely with departments across the organization to address identified skill and learning gaps.
Full-time hybrid role with 2-3 days on site required per week.
Midtown Manhattan, with regular travel to sites within the five boroughs and Newark, NJ.
The compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $118,500 and is commensurate with experience.
