Opportunity

CJI is seeking an Enterprise Application Analyst who will report to the Manager of Software Engineering. The Analyst will develop, maintain, and support custom application‑based solutions and case management systems that meet organizational needs while adhering to software development, data, and security best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Develop fit‑for‑purpose application‑based solutions for the organization’s case‑management systems and service providers. Ensure development work adheres to departmental best practices and standards, including proactive bug remediation and data/security issue mitigation.
  • Provide support for the organization’s case‑management systems and custom‑built applications, performing maintenance to ensure proper functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with quality assurance personnel to remediate software, design, UI/UX, and other operational concerns.
  • Work with project and product management to translate business requirements into timely, aligned solutions. Keep stakeholders informed of progress and responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with the Data Analytics and Applied Research team to understand data definitions, create entity relationships, and design best‑practice data capture and reporting solutions.
  • Support data‑related efforts such as migration, cleanup, and transformation projects. Assist with additional tasks as needed by management.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum two years of experience as a Data Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or in a similar occupation.
  • Strong understanding of case‑management applications and associated business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into delivered application features, improvements, and fixes.
  • Strong knowledge of technologies and solution platforms including Salesforce and other CRM/database products.
  • Familiarity with data and application development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in solving application and data problems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey detailed concepts clearly.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
