Job summary

Verizon is seeking an experienced Learning Analytics leader to drive enterprise measurement frameworks and predictive ROI modeling. You will partner across L&D, HR, and business leaders to optimize learning programs and demonstrate impact through quantitative and qualitative data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience in HR and/or Learning & Development.
• Experience focused on learning measurement, analytics, evaluation, and/or business impact modeling.
• Willingness to travel up to ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable measurement strategies across enterprise learning initiatives.
• Analyze learner pathways, engagement trends, and skill acquisition velocity.
• Develop predictive ROI models linking learning interventions to business outcomes.
• Establish analytics protocols, data collection standards, and evaluation loops.
• Partner with stakeholders to recommend data-driven enhancements to instructional design.
