Qualifications
Typically requires 5 years of experience in a medical environment performing medical interpretation and translation.
Includes 1 year of supervisory experience in a medical environment.
Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration or Nursing is required.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership for translation and interpretation systems across the health system.
Strategize language services and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
Monitor quality and implement improvements in translation services.
Develop and manage budgets with the director; supervise staff.
Oversee safety and staff performance and training.
