ASUS is seeking a detail-oriented IT Asset & Inventory Specialist to oversee lifecycle of IT hardware/software, manage billing for IT infrastructure, and ensure precise inventory data. You will support procurement, reporting, and decommissioning while maintaining rigorous data integrity and coordination with the IT team.
The role requires Excel and SQL proficiency, an MIS degree, and experience with ERP/ITAM tools.
As a crucial member of our IT team, you will be the gatekeeper of our IT resources and expenses. You will oversee the complete lifecycle of our IT hardware and software, as well as manage the billing operations for all IT infrastructure. We are looking for a highly meticulous individual with strong data handling skills (Excel & SQL) to ensure the efficient flow of IT assets, accurate financial tracking, and the absolute accuracy of our inventory data.
Years of Education
$28.84-$31.25 hourly is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. The final amount will be determined based on qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
